Right now I have a normal HDD and an optical drive attached to them, but it's impossible for me to get them to find anything.Īnyone know if this can be sorted by drivers/BIOS settings, or if the ports are just flat out dead? I have 7 HHD's (1 is my SSD) and an optical drive in my current build. I've fiddled about in the BIOS, but it seems no matter what settings I try, they'll never find anything. So, from what I understand, they're ASMedia ASM1061 ports/controlled.
